We're looking for a
Mid-Weight Creative Team
to develop compelling, persuasive ideas that work across any channel. You'll bring a strong understanding of traditional media, social, digital, and PR — and know how to use each effectively to create integrated, impactful concepts.
About the role
As a Mid-Weight Creative Team, you will be responsible for developing compelling, persuasive ideas that are channel-agnostic. As a team, you understand traditional media, social, digital, and PR, and you know how to use them effectively to create integrated concepts.
You will have at least five years' experience under your belts and be a reliable, safe pair of hands. You may be a junior team looking to take the next step up.
You will report to the Creative Director, working closely with them on projects. You will also be expected to collaborate smoothly with Designers, Producers, Strategists, and Account Managers to develop and execute ideas that meet the client's objectives. This role demands a deep understanding of language and art direction – and the confidence to push and break boundaries to create positive change.
Together, you will:
- Work as a team – Yin and Yang, Rick and Morty, two peas in a pod – you get it: tight.
- Develop high-quality ideas that align with brand strategy and campaign goals.
- Collaborate with everyone – and be nice.
- Create engaging work for a range of media, including film, print, digital, social media and PR.
- Participate in client meetings and creative briefings to understand project objectives, messaging requirements, and target audiences.
- Ensure a consistent level of creative quality.
- Work with Creative Director and Accounts Team to ensure projects are delivered on-time and meet both agency and client's expectations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, content formats, and competitive brands.
- Address internal and client feedback.
- Contribute to ideation sessions for new projects, campaigns, and pitches.
- Have fun.
About you
We want a duo that brings creativity and craft, not just check the boxes. Here's what we'd ideally like to see:
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates your integrated skill set.
- A Bachelor's Degree in your related field, or equivalent experience (AWARD School / Shift D&AD /Western Sydney Ad School is a bonus)
- Proven experience in writing and art direction across various media.
- A strong attention to detail.
- Good communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Have an understanding of earned and paid PR, but not essential.
- Strong collaborative skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Confidence to present ideas and concepts to both internal teams and clients
- Creative thinkers with a passion for crafting great work.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Adaptability to changing project requirements and deadlines.
- Open to feedback and eager to improve and refine work.
