About the role

As the Demand & Supply Planning Specialist at Aeroklas Asia Pacific Group, you will play a crucial role in optimising the company's supply chain operations. This full-time position in Brendale, Queensland, will have you collaborating closely with key stakeholders to ensure efficient inventory management and timely product delivery.

What you'll be doing

  1. Analyse demand forecasts and sales data to develop supply plans that align with business objectives
  2. Monitor inventory levels and identify opportunities to optimise stock holdings and minimise stockouts
  3. Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to coordinate the flow of goods and materials
  4. Identify and resolve supply chain issues, providing recommendations to improve planning processes
  5. Implement and maintain effective inventory control systems and reporting
  6. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning capabilities

What we're looking for

  1. Demonstrated experience in demand and supply planning, ideally within the retail or consumer products industry
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
  3. Proficient in using planning and forecasting software (e.g. SAP, Oracle, JDA)
  4. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  5. Tertiary qualification in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field
  6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
