About The Opportunity
APAC Talent Solutions is building a network of skilled
Estimators
to support upcoming projects across
Queensland, New South Wales, South Australia, and the Northern Territory
.

Our clients include mid-tier and regional contractors delivering works in
civil infrastructure, building, and construction
.

This EOI is designed to connect with experienced professionals who are open to hearing about new opportunities as projects come online.

What You'll Typically Do

As An Estimator, You Will

  • Prepare accurate cost estimates for tenders and live projects.
  • Analyse scope, drawings, and construction methods to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Engage with suppliers and subcontractors to source competitive pricing.
  • Support Project Managers and Commercial teams with budgets and forecasts.
  • Assist with tender submissions, including cost breakdowns and supporting documentation.
  • Maintain and update cost data and market insights.

Who We're Looking For

We're Interested In Speaking With Estimators Who Have

  • Experience in civil, infrastructure, or building estimating.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with estimating tools such as CostX, Cubit, or Excel.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications (Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management) OR equivalent experience.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with project stakeholders.
