The Opportunity

We are seeking a Commercial Broker with a business development mindset, someone who thrives in a fast-paced, building their own portfolio and driving commercial outcomes. If you are results-driven, motivated by success, and passionate about helping Australian businesses grow, this is your chance to be part of a leading commercial broking team.

You will work directly with business owners, lenders, and strategic partners to structure, negotiate, and settle a wide range of commercial finance transactions – from working capital and equipment finance to commercial property lending.

What You'll Do

  • Proactively building and managing a portfolio of commercial clients across varied industries;
  • Driving your own pipeline – identify new business opportunities and nurture referral networks;
  • Spending time with more clients – you won't be snowed under by piles of admin and compliance burden, let our support team manage this for you;
  • Identifying funding needs, structure finance solutions, and manage end-to-end loan processes;
  • Achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly targets through strategic relationship building;
  • Liaising with lenders to ensure the best outcome for clients;
  • Collaborating with our operations and support team to deliver exceptional client service; and
  • Staying informed on industry trends, credit policy changes, and lender offerings.

Who You Are

  • A highly motivated self-starter with a passion for business development and finance.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed KPIs and revenue targets in a sales or finance environment.
  • Prior experience in commercial lending, finance broking, or banking preferred – but high-performing sales professionals from other industries are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong work ethic and hunger to build a career, not just a job.
  • Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (or willingness to obtain).
