Cleaning Brisbane is a leading provider of professional commercial cleaning services across metropolitan and regional Queensland. With extensive experience in the industry, we deliver customised cleaning solutions to meet a wide range of commercial client needs.

We are currently seeking a dedicated Mainetenace Cleaner/Supervisor to work in Brisbane. This is a hands-on cleaning role suited to reliable individuals who take pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in community recreational spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • In this Supervisor Cleaning role, you will play a hands-on role in overseeing the facility operations as well as executing cleaning and maintenance tasks of the aquatic centres and community venues.

What We're Looking For:

To ensure your success in this role we anticipate that the ideal candidates will possess the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience of leading teams
  • Training new cleaning staff members
  • Proven and demonstrated experience in a commercial cleaning role
  • Prior background as a Supervisor Cleaner within an Aquatic Center preferred
  • Ability to communicate and resolve issues promptly
  • Ability to effectively delegate work and manage quality outcomes
  • Knowledge of chemical usage and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
  • Physically fit, the job involves a lot of manual tasks operating equipment and lifting certain amounts of weight
  • A valid Blue Card and Police Check is mandatory
  • You need to be able to legally work in Australia (Citizen, Permanent Resident or a non-citizen with a valid visa that provides work rights)

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $28.00 – $35.00 per hour
