We're currently seeking an experienced and driven Site Supervisor to join our growing team and take full site responsibility for projects across the Brisbane region. This is a full-time, site-based role reporting directly to the Project Manager, with occasional visits to our head office in Miami.

Start Date: Mobilisation expected late October 2025

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all on-site construction activity, subcontractors, and material logistics
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to high-quality standards
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and well-managed site environment
  • Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, trades, and head office staff
  • Lead and support a skilled team of tradespeople and labourers
  • Maintain up-to-date digital reporting and site documentation

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience supervising Custom Homes projects
  • Trade background (carpentry preferred, not essential)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills
  • Confident problem-solver who stays calm under pressure
  • White Card, valid driver's licence, and reliable transport
  • Strong knowledge of OH&S standards and NCC compliance
