Your New Role

We are looking for a dedicated, energetic and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team on a full time basis located in our Brisbane Airport Warehouse.

Bring your flexible, Can-Do attitude to work every day and enjoy being part of an amazing team. As well as having experience in a similar role, some responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Supervision of warehouse personnel and the efficient operation of the warehouse function
  • Ensure compliance to Australian Customs and relevant Government Bodies regulations
  • To supervise and co-ordinate the collection and delivery of goods
  • To supervise the unloading, checking, positioning and reporting of goods into the warehouse
  • Performance appraisal of staff (where applicable)
  • Taking appropriate corrective action to prevent recurrence of non-conformances
  • Record internal and external complaints on QIR's
  • Documenting Document Change Requests
  • To ensure the warehouse is clean, tidy and is a safe working environment
  • Responsible for the raising and distribution of Delegation of Authority emails
  • Responsible for inspecting freight received or dispatched to the consignee/shipper
  • Responsible for ensuring that the movement of material in and out of the warehouse is controlled and documented

What You Need

We will help you be successful in this role. To start you will need:

  • 3 years previous experience in similar role / industry
  • Forklift license
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications desirable, not essential
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • High attention to detail
