Job Summary:

A fulltime role currently exists for an organised and detail orientated Training Coordinator to join our friendly, hard-working team.  This role will focus on co-ordinating our corporate client Leadership programs, reporting into the Program Manager.

Key responsibilities:

  • Organise and manage workshops, including venue booking, calendar invitations, equipment setup, and material preparation.
  • Communicate program details, schedules, and updates to all stakeholders.
  • Track program attendance, materials and resources.
  • Co-ordinating multiple diaries
  • Booking venues for workshops
  • Preparation and allocation of course materials for participants and facilitators/coaches
  • Communicating with external CEO's and Executive Leadership Teams regarding training calendar, completing Profiles, profile feedback sessions and coaching
  • Generally managing the programs from beginning to end

Skills:

  • Strong organisational, time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically excel) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work across multiple diaries.
  • Experience liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in event or training coordination
