**Veterinary Training Centre Coordinator**

The Veterinary Training Centres, as part of VetPartners, are dedicated to empowering clinical excellence through elevating the skills and knowledge of veterinary professionals. Each location features a high-tech seminar room, along with a separate wet lab area where the practical components of workshops are held.

We have a full-time role on offer working with an innovating Learning and Development Team to support the training function for our Clinical Team Members.

The main function of the role includes:

- Coordination and communication of our annual clinical training calendar
- Managing enquiries through our general inbox & cadaver donation inbox
- Managing the end-to-end process of workshop coordination, including:

- workshop enrolments and approvals
- pre-workshop communications
- training material & catering support
- liaising with workshop facilitators and training centre assistants to confirm workshop dates, course content and general enquiries
- monitoring workshop surveys and actioning feedback as required
- Managing the end-to-end process of external venue hire bookings
- Developing policies, procedures and training materials for clinics and team members to do with VTCs
- Organising travel and accommodation arrangements for workshop facilitators and attendees.
- Liaising with our marketing department for workshop materials and website design requirements
- Social media management and content creation
- Invoicing and expense consolidation
- Occasional on the ground support for workshop assistance

**About You**:

- Strong administration and time management skills
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in the Veterinary Industry (isn't required, but highly regarded)
- Experience in event coordination (isn't required, but highly regarded)
