THE ROLE

You will be providing excellent customer service and servicing customers by renewing & increasing membership engagement through outbound phone calls and email.

This is not a Sales role

  • Liaise with members regarding the renewal of their membership
  • Respond to enquiries from members via phone and email
  • Maintain and update member records and member renewals
  • Capture member feedback, including issues and complaints
  • Maintain the membership database
  • Engage with key internal & external stakeholders eg.
  • Complete general administrative and ad hoc tasks
To be successful you will have:
  • Proven phone based business development, outbound, lead generation, account management or sales experience.
  • Proficient in Computer softwares/CRM systems
  • Available to interview/commence on the last week of MAY 2025
  • Able to work full-time in the office - Sydney CBD (Monday - Friday)
  • Proven objection handling experience
