About Us

We are a growing boutique accounting practice dedicated to delivering high-quality tax, compliance, and advisory services to individuals, SMEs, and SMSFs. Our team prides itself on technical excellence, strong client relationships, and a collaborative workplace culture.

About the Role

You will assist the Director in providing delivering tax compliance, SMSF management, and tax advisory services. You'll build strong client relationships, and ensure all work is delivered accurately and on time.

Prior SMSF experience is advantageous but not essential. Comprehensive training will be provided to the right candidate. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop specialised expertise within a supportive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain client relationships, conducting meetings and explaining tax concepts in clear, simple language
  • Prepare income tax returns for individuals, companies, trusts, and SMSFs
  • Assist Directors with tax advisory projects, business improvement initiatives, and special assignments
What We're Looking For
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex tax issues for clients
  • Passion for Australian income tax laws and SMSF compliance
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Accounting/Finance degree with CA or CPA qualification (or currently completing)
