To help us get there, we're looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our customer success team and ensure doctors have an exceptional experience from day one.

The Role

  • Location: Sydney (Bondi Beach, to be precise)
  • Type: Full-time

As a Customer Manager, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our new and existing users. Your role is to ensure doctors are onboarded seamlessly and continue to get value from our product over time. You'll work with our Customer Success team in managing early-stage relationships, monitoring engagement, and handling day-to-day coordination. You'll also collaborate closely with our Support, Product, and Ops teams. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who's highly organised, people-oriented, and looking to grow in a mission-led, fast-paced startup

Key Responsibilities

Onboarding & Activation

  • Welcome new doctors through a structured onboarding experience
  • Lead intro calls, send tailored welcome packs, and follow up on key onboarding steps
  • Help ensure new users are activated within their first 1–2 weeks using Medow
  • Monitor early usage and troubleshoot any blockers alongside support

Account Coordination & Engagement

  • Build rapport with doctors via email, video calls, and text
  • Track engagement metrics and flag at-risk accounts to senior team members
  • Help coordinate product updates and feature announcements to keep doctors informed
  • Support retention efforts by ensuring doctors are getting ongoing value

Collaborate closely with our Support, Product and Ops teams

  • Capture product feedback, bugs, and support needs in structured tools
  • Identify patterns and raise insights to the Ops or Product teams
  • Help build and refine internal processes, checklists, and CRM workflows

What We're Looking For

  • 1–2 years in a client-facing or coordination role (e.g. admin, customer support, account assistant
  • Strong communication skills – written, verbal, async
  • Exceptionally organised and detail-oriented - you follow up and follow through
  • Confident using tools like Google Suite, Slack, and CRMs (especially Hubspot)
  • Comfortable working across time zones with remote teammates
