With our flagship set up and our online and international presence quickly growing we are looking for an exceptional ecommerce & marketing manager to help continue to fast track our growth.
Role Overview:
In this role, you will play a pivotal role in steering the business to success through effective e-commerce management and the creation and execution of marketing strategies. Your primary focus will revolve around evolving the website, boosting online sales, enhancing social media engagement, and managing events to elevate the brand's visibility and drive increased sales both domestically and internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
Ecommerce Management:
Develop and execute strategies to enhance our online store, including website optimization, user experience improvement, and product catalogue management.
- Monitor online sales performance, analyse data, and implement improvements to increase conversion rates, AOV and revenue.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient order fulfilment, inventory management, and customer support.
Social Media Marketing:
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and engage with our target audience.
- Support in the creation of engaging content for various social media platforms, including images, videos, and written posts.
- Management of organic social presence across meta, tiktok, pinterest and any other social platforms as needed.
- Monitor social media trends, track KPIs, and adjust strategies to optimise performance.
Development and execution of influencer marketing strategy
Event Management and Photoshoots:
Help plan, coordinate, and execute both online and offline events to promote the brand, generate leads, and foster customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and content creation.
- Measure the success of events using relevant metrics and feedback to continually improve event strategies.
Help plan and execute both studio and campaign photoshoots, from location and talent selection, to styling and shoot direction based on what content is needed for social and website use.
Marketing strategy and campaign execution:
Develop marketing strategy and execute campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, organic marketing, paid advertising and in-store marketing to drive traffic and conversions.
- Collaborate with the creative team to create compelling marketing collateral, including graphics, videos, and written content.
Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to achieve marketing goals.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Utilize analytics tools to track and report on key performance indicators related to ecommerce and marketing efforts.
- Provide regular reports and insights to the leadership team, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and continuously optimize the customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience (2+ years) in e-commerce management and digital marketing.
- A grasp of e-commerce operations, user experience, and digital marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, content creation, and social media management tools.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Great analytical skills with the capacity to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset and in-depth knowledge of major social platforms (Meta, Snap, Tiktok, etc.) with a passion for staying current in this ever-evolving landscape.
- Experience with Shopify, Yotpo and Klaviyo is a plus.
- An interest in health and fitness is a plus.
- Interest in photography & videography is a plus.
