About the Role
We're looking for a passionate and organised Account Manager to join our team and help us make our customers smile Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for managing and growing relationships with new and existing customers in a dedicated territory. This is a dynamic role that blends customer service, sales support, and coordination across multiple touchpoints of the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct relationship calls to drive customer satisfaction.
- Manage software maintenance renewals and customer journeys.
- Handle inbound sales enquiries and generate leads.
- Coordinate trade shows, open house days, and promotional activities.
- Maintain product and pricing documentation.
- Support BDMs with trip planning, CRM input, and admin tasks.
- Create targeted calling lists and profile businesses for campaigns.
- Liaise with the National Sales Manager and BDMs in weekly meetings.
- Ensure accurate CRM data and reporting.
What You'll Bring
- Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service, call centre, or sales.
- Strong computer literacy and Microsoft Office skills.
- Experience in relationship management and CRM systems (HubSpot)
- CABINET VISION experience is a plus but not essential.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Organised, proactive, and able to work independently.
- A team player with a great sense of humour and a customer-first mindset.
