We are now seeking Event Control Room (ECR) Operators to join our Operations team. This is a unique opportunity for individuals with strong digital skills and experience in call centres, operations, or control centre environments who are ready to contribute to the safe and seamless delivery of events at a world-class stadium.

About the Role:

As an ECR Operator, you will:

  • Monitor and manage live events across the stadium via communication and digital systems.
  • Receive, log, and track incidents, requests, and operational tasks efficiently.
  • Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Support the future implementation of an Incident Management System, enhancing the logging, tracking, and closing of all operational tasks online.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide updates during events to ensure smooth operations.

We're Looking For Someone Who:

  • Has experience in call centres, control rooms, or operational environments where taking calls and logging actions is routine.
  • Is digitally savvy, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Demonstrates strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise under pressure.
  • Can communicate effectively with diverse teams in a high-paced, event-driven environment.
  • Has a proactive, solutions-focused mindset and thrives in collaborative teams.
