About the role
Part time permanent position 3 days/week based in Perth, WA. Reporting directly to the Team Leader Client Services you will be responsible for:
- Attending and facilitating Memory Lane Cafes
- Coordinating arrangements such as entertainment and activity bookings, catering and venue hire for these events
- Preparing and managing correspondence for these events, including sending invitations, receiving replies, answering queries
- Data entry of client information into databases
- Building strong stakeholder relationships with both internal and external partners including volunteers, clients, external suppliers and community partners
- Valid driver's licence required

About you
To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with the following:
- Qualification in Business Administration or Event Management (Preferred)
- Demonstrated experience in a similar administration role with an event management focus
- General understanding of dementia (preferred)
- Fosters teamwork by working together and cooperatively
- Builds, fosters and sustains relationships (internally and externally)
- Understands and uses available technologies and information to maximise efficiencies
- Uses effective time management skills to plan, evaluate and organise work demands
- Thinks and analyses information to understand issues
