Job Description

About the Opportunity

We are looking for an organised, proactive Coordinator, Internal Communications & Events to support Advocacy & Engagement team. In this dynamic role, you'll support a range of internal communication initiatives and events that connect and inspire people across Minderoo.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Internal Communications, your will:

  • Coordinate vendor onboarding and ensure timely processing of invoices.
  • Manage domestic and international travel bookings for Advocacy & Engagement team members and Minderoo partners attending conferences and events.
  • Maintain and regularly update key communication channels, ensuring new employees receive all relevant onboarding materials.
  • Keep organisation-wide calendars up to date, supporting the scheduling of training sessions, guest speaker events, and operational activities across Minderoo.
  • Support the Advisors, Internal Communications & Events and Events in planning and executing seamless internal events.
  • Adapt working hours as needed to ensure effective event and task coverage across international time zones.
Qualifications

About You

You're a motivated, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys juggling multiple priorities. You take pride in delivering high-quality work, communicate effectively, and collaborate with ease across diverse teams and working styles.

You'll bring:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar administrative or coordination role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams), including basic troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with Asana and a working knowledge of audio-visual equipment (desirable).
  • A collaborative and solution-focused approach to achieving team goals.
