We're proud to help keep Australian industry moving, and as our business continues to grow, we're on the hunt for an energetic and driven Territory Manager to take charge of a key Perth territory.
The Opportunity
This is your chance to make the territory your own. You'll manage an established customer base while hunting for new opportunities, driving sales, and delivering an exceptional service experience.
You'll have the autonomy to run your territory like your own business - backed by a supportive team, national capability, and a company that rewards performance.
What You'll Do
- Own your patch - manage, develop, and grow customer accounts across your territory
- Hunt for new business - identify, pitch, and close opportunities with trade and industrial customers
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers across operations, procurement, and site management
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery excellence across DIFOT, quotes, and stock availability
- Execute a structured call plan using CRM tools like HubSpot to track activity and results
- Contribute to tenders and pricing with local insights and customer feedback
- Represent the ATOM brand in the field - four days a week out with customers, one day in-office
- You're confident, motivated, and love connecting with people. You know how to plan your week, manage your patch, and turn opportunities into wins.
- Minimum 2 years' B2B sales experience (industrial or safety background ideal, not essential)
- Proven success in field-based territory or account management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Commercial acumen - comfortable with margins, pricing, and value selling
- Organised, self-driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Valid Australian driver's licence
- Tech savvy - proficient in Microsoft Office and CRMs (HubSpot experience a bonus)
