**The Role**
As a Project Coordinator at Hybrid Systems Australia, you will be responsible duties related to the West Gold project. You will see the project cycle through, working closely with the Project Manager. This role is an excellent opportunity for a Project Coordinator willing to develop their skills with the desired outcome of career growth, within an innovative and growing organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage projects performance including budgeting, periodic forecasting, and collaborating with the Project Manager to deliver reports
- Monitoring and reporting on work-in-progress (WIP)
- Defining and documenting project scope and resource requirements
- Monitoring timelines for deliverables and encouraging regular iteration on deliverables
- Foster a workforce culture of excellence, innovation, honesty, and teamwork

**About You**
- Highly developed people management skills with an ability to communicate at all levels
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with knowledge of agile methodologies of project delivery
- Elevated attention to detail, insuring project data is correct and up-to-date
- Developed organisation skills, and understands priorities delivering work on time and to a safe and satisfactory standard
