We're looking for a talented Sound & Lighting Engineer to join our team and help bring ambitious creative ideas to life. This role is about more than just running cables and mixing levels – it's about using light and sound as storytelling tools to create unforgettable experiences.

What you'll do:

  • Collaborate with our creative team to design and deliver immersive light and sound installations.
  • Engineer and operate audio/lighting systems for live events, activations, and permanent installations.
  • Experiment with technology, blending music, effects, and lighting into cohesive creative concepts.
  • Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimise AV equipment to deliver flawless performances.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, suggesting new tools, tech, and techniques.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in sound and/or lighting engineering for events, theatre, live music, or installations.
  • Strong technical knowledge of audio consoles, lighting rigs, DMX programming, projection, and playback systems.
  • A creative mind that sees light and sound as art forms, not just technical tasks.
  • Problem-solver who thrives under pressure and adapts quickly in live environments.
  • A collaborator who enjoys turning ideas into reality with a team.
