**Position Title**: Experienced and Junior Car Sound Installer Roles
**Location**: Shire Region

**Job Overview**:
We are excited to advertise TWO positions. We are looking for an experienced and reliable Car Sound Installer AND a junior installer to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install and configure car audio systems, including speakers, amplifiers, subwoofers, and head units.
- Perform wiring, soldering, and component installations to ensure optimal sound quality and functionality.
- Customize and optimize audio systems to meet customer preferences, ensuring proper sound balance and performance.
- Install and set up other vehicle electronics such as Bluetooth, navigation systems, backup cameras, and video systems.
- Inspect and test audio equipment after installation to confirm proper operation and troubleshoot any issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining system functionalities, features, and maintenance tips to customers.
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment and ensure tools and equipment are in good working condition.
- Follow safety protocols to avoid injury and damage to vehicle components during installations.
- Stay updated on the latest car audio technology trends and installation techniques.
- Offer advice on upgrades and improvements to customers based on their needs and vehicle specifications.
- Document all installations, repairs, and customer interactions accurately.

**Requirements for Senior Installer**
- Proven experience in car audio system installation or related field.
- Knowledge of car electrical systems and audio equipment (speakers, amplifiers, wiring, head units, etc.).
- Ability to use specialized tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose issues and provide solutions.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work with customers to understand their needs.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

**Requirements for Junior Installer**
- Passion for car audio and willingness to learn under the company director and senior staff

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with advanced car sound systems, including custom fabrication or advanced tuning techniques.
- Familiarity with diagnostic software and troubleshooting tools for car electronics.
- Ability to work with high-end audio brands and equipment.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment, such as speakers and amplifiers (up to 50 lbs).
- Comfortable working in tight spaces and under vehicles.
- Ability to kneel, bend, and stand for extended periods of time.

**Work Environment**:

- Workshop or vehicle installation bay with exposure to various car models and audio systems.

**How to Apply**:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
