Key Responsibilities
- Drive multi-sector projects through Concept design, Documentation and Contract Administration phases
- Work within an agreed scope and deliver complete packages of work to deadline
- Assist with liaison with the client, stakeholders and authorities, in collaboration with Project Leads.
- Contribute to the generation and exploration of design and construction ideas, being aware of the balance of conceptual, aesthetic, constructional and cost influences
- Be attentive of client feedback, issues or potential problems and report any issues raised
Experience, attributes & skills:
- Current Registration as an Architect with BOAQ
- 5-10 Years Post Registration Experience preferred
- Proficient in the use of REVIT is essential
- A collaborative approach to work, management, and team engagements
- Demonstrate design and technical aptitude, with developing design and technical confidence
- Exceptional communication skills, meticulous, organised and thorough
- Proven leadership experience and ability to mentor junior team members
- A solid understanding of Australian Standards and BCA, NCC and specifications
- Current working skills in Adobe Suite & MS Office
