About the Role

As Club Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of the club. Your role will combine leadership, operations, and community engagement.

·       Drive membership growth through sales, lead follow-up, and member engagement.

·       Deliver an outstanding customer experience for every mum who walks through our doors.

·       Oversee the daily running of the club and ensuring it's safe, welcoming, and thriving.

·       Lead and mentor a passionate team of instructors.

·       Play a key role in local marketing and events – from mums' morning teas to health practitioner partnerships.

·       Manage social media and member communications (with support from the club owner and HQ).

This role also includes teaching group classes (Functional training, PT, and 1:1 consultation, pre & postnatal training provided).

About You

You're a people person who loves fitness, thrives on variety, and can balance the big picture with day-to-day details. You'll be successful if you:

·       Are an exceptional communicator with strong interpersonal skills.

·       Have a positive, energetic attitude that inspires staff and members.

·       Are strongly confident in sales and customer service and love helping people commit to their health goals.

·       Are highly organised, with strong attention to detail.

·       Self-starter capable of managing time effectively

·       Have a genuine passion for women's health and wellbeing.

·       Are qualified Cert 3 and/or 4 in Fitness

·       Current First Aid & CPR

·       Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment

·       Can work flexibly, including some early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Experience managing a gym, wellness studio, or similar is highly desirable. The right attitude and drive matter most.
