About the role

Reporting to the Senior Manager – Content & Channels, the Video Production Manager will lead the end-to-end video and photography production process, ensuring content creation that aligns with internal and external briefs. This role will conceptualise, plan and produce industry-leading video and photography content that drives strong commercial outcomes across various platforms.

As a key leader within the content team, you will manage and mentor the Video Producer, fostering a collaborative, creative environment and ensuring the effective execution of content projects.

Key responsibilities:

•    Lead the video and photography production cycle from pre-production to final delivery.

•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content meets brand and commercial objectives.

•    Manage production schedules, prioritise tasks and allocate resources to ensure timely delivery.

•    Provide feedback to stakeholders to improve production quality.

•    Research and integrate new techniques and trends to keep content fresh and engaging.

•    Support the development of sponsored content aligned with business goals.

•    Build strong relationships across internal teams and external partners.

What you need


•    Tertiary qualification in Film, Media Production or related field (or equivalent experience).

•    Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality video and photography work.

•    Strong experience producing content for digital, social media and commercial platforms.

•    Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Audition, Lightroom, Photoshop).

•    Strong experience operating camera, lighting and audio equipment in studio and outdoor settings.

•    Willingness to work varied hours, including weekends.

•    Valid Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain one
