About the Position:

Our client is seeking a motivated and career-driven Litigation Lawyer with a minimum of 4 years post-admission experience to join their expanding disputes team. This role is ideal for a junior to intermediate lawyer who thrives on resolving complex legal issues and wants to be part of a firm where their contributions are genuinely valued.

You'll be involved in a broad range of commercial litigation matters, including:

  • Contractual and shareholder disputes
  • Debt recovery and enforcement matters
  • Insolvency and bankruptcy litigation
  • Property and leasing disputes
  • Building and construction litigation (desirable, but not essential)

Working alongside experienced Senior Lawyers and Partners, you'll benefit from direct client exposure and the opportunity to take on increasing levels of responsibility as your skills grow.

Key Requirements:

  • 4+ years PAE in commercial litigation (private practice)
  • Strong legal research, drafting, and negotiation skills
  • Exposure to court procedures and litigation strategy
  • Ability to manage competing priorities with attention to detail
  • Building & construction litigation experience is a bonus
  • Commitment to professional growth and learning
