This is a unique opportunity for a Litigation Lawyer to immerse themselves in high-stakes disputes work, working directly with multiple partners on a diverse portfolio of complex cases from day one.

You will gain hands-on experience across the entire disputes spectrum while benefiting from direct mentorship and learning different strategic approaches from leading partners and top-tier resources.

The Role:

In this role, you will act for a prestigious client base, including leading ASX-listed entities and government bodies. Your work will encompass:

High-stakes commercial litigation, class actions, and regulatory investigations.

Domestic and international arbitration.

Supreme Court litigation across all Australian jurisdictions.

Large-scale corporate insolvency and restructuring.

Significant regulatory probes and government inquiries.

Alternative dispute resolution (mediations, expert determinations, etc.).

Optional:
Disputes related to infrastructure, mining, property, and renewable energy projects if interested.

About You:

The ideal candidate will be a Lawyer or Associate with:

2 to 4 years' PAE in litigation and disputes

Training from a larger mid-tier national or top-tier firm.

A strong academic record (GPA of 5.3 or above).

A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset and strong client-facing skills.
