What You'll Do:

  • Lead, inspire, and manage the Parts team to hit sales targets and KPIs.
  • Ensure every customer receives friendly, professional, and efficient service.
  • Maximise sales through effective display, promotions, and customer engagement.
  • Manage stock levels, restocking, and liaise with purchasing.
  • Oversee induction, training, and performance management of your team.

  • Proven leadership experience in parts management or retail.
  • Strong sales focus and results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organised and motivated to drive team performance.
