Transport Services Manager - Full Time - Perth

Join our team at Perth Rental Branch, where we are committed to delivering reliable and efficient transport solutions. We are currently seeking a skilled and proactive Transport Services Manager to oversee the operations of our vehicle fleet, ensuring the safe and timely transport of goods and passengers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage the procurement, maintenance, and fueling of transport vehicles and equipment.
2. Liaise with clients to understand transport needs, provide expert advice on vehicle selection, contractual obligations, and resolve customer concerns.
3. Plan and implement transportation schedules to ensure timely and reliable service delivery.
4. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintenance standards.
5. Conduct regular fleet inspections and maintenance checks.
6. Maintain accurate business records and prepare operational reports and statements.
7. Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations across all transport activities.

About You

1. Previous experience in a similar leadership role within the automotive or rental industry.
2. Proven experience supervising a team of technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
3. Demonstrated experience in transport services management or fleet operations.
4. Effective organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
5. Knowledge of safety regulations and maintenance standards relevant to fleet operations.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members, suppliers, and customers.
7. Knowledge of relevant regulations and licensing requirements.
