Caravanland, WA's leading caravan dealership, is looking for an experienced Service Advisor or the right candidate who's ready to move into a Service Assistant Manager role. This is your chance to join a market leader, work with a supportive management team, and help lead our busy Service Department to new heights. What you'll be doing:

  • Supervising our Service Advisor and Service Team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
  • Processing and managing Repair Orders (ROs) with accuracy and efficiency
  • Overseeing daily service operations alongside the Service Manager
  • Coordinating workflow between customers, technicians, and suppliers
  • Providing support with job scheduling, allocation, and service follow-ups

What you'll bring:

  • Proven Service Advisor experience (automotive, caravan, marine or similar)
  • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
  • Exceptional organisational and problem-solving abilities
  • A proactive, customer-first attitude with a "can-do" attitude
  • Strong computer and communication skills
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Professional presentation and strong work ethic
