Caravanland, WA's leading caravan dealership, is looking for an experienced Service Advisor or the right candidate who's ready to move into a Service Assistant Manager role. This is your chance to join a market leader, work with a supportive management team, and help lead our busy Service Department to new heights. A hands-on customer service role providing exceptional service to our customers.

What you'll be doing:
- Supervising our Service Advisor and Service Team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
- Processing and managing Repair Orders (ROs) with accuracy and efficiency
- Overseeing daily service operations alongside the Service Manager
- Coordinating workflow between customers, technicians, and suppliers
- Providing support with job scheduling, allocation, and service follow-ups
What you'll bring:
- Proven Service Advisor experience (automotive, caravan, marine or similar)
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Exceptional organisational and problem-solving abilities
- A proactive, customer-first attitude with a "can-do" attitude
- Strong computer and communication skills
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional presentation and strong work ethic
