Retail Parts Consultant

We're on the lookout for a positive, enthusiastic RV Parts Consultant to join our frontline Toyshop (our parts and accessories retail space).
This is a hands-on customer service role where you'll be assisting caravan enthusiasts with everything from spare parts to accessories, offering knowledgeable advice, and creating an enjoyable experience in-store.

To succeed in this role, you'll bring:
- Previous retail and/or customer service experience
- Minimum 2 years of retail and/or customer service experience
- A warm, customer-first attitude with a "can-do" attitude
- Strong computer and communication skills
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional presentation and strong work ethic
- Availability to work on Saturdays
- A National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain one
- Must have permanent Australian work rights
- Bonus points if you know caravans – or even better, own one yourself
