Join Our Toyshop Team – RV Parts Consultant

We're on the lookout for a positive, enthusiastic RV Parts Consultant to join our frontline Toyshop (our parts and accessories retail space).

This is a hands-on customer service role where you'll be assisting caravan enthusiasts with everything from spare parts to accessories, offering knowledgeable advice, and creating an enjoyable experience in-store.

Are You the Superstar We're Looking For?

To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

  • Previous retail and/or customer service experience
  • Minimum 2 years of retail and/or customer service experience
  • A warm, customer-first attitude with a "can-do" attitude
  • Strong computer and communication skills
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Professional presentation and strong work ethic
  • Availability to work on Saturdays
  • A National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain one
  • Must have permanent Australian work rights
  • Bonus points if you know caravans – or even better, own one yourself
