About the Role

We're looking for a Team Leader
to join our close-knit team.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll guide, grow and support a small but mighty team while managing your own clients and bookings. Think of it as 50% leadership, 50% on the tools – balancing people management, planning and resourcing with the day-to-day delivery of exceptional entertainment.

You'll mentor the team, lead by example and ensure everything runs smoothly from proposal to performance. It's a role for someone who's ready to take ownership, drive standards and inspire great work.

Here's what you'll be doing:

• Lead, mentor and inspire the team to deliver outstanding work while living SE's values.
• Manage team performance, workflow and development in line with SE Group's Pathfinders framework.
• Oversee daily operations, systems and processes to ensure efficiency and consistency.
• Manage entertainment bookings end-to-end – from proposals and budgets to contracting and delivery.
• Build and maintain relationships with artists, agents, suppliers, venues and clients.
• Collaborate with the CEO and COO on strategy, talent development and new opportunities.
• Drive commercial outcomes through strong project management, financial oversight and client service.
• Foster a positive, high-performing culture built on collaboration, accountability and care.

About You

You're an experienced entertainment professional with strong leadership instincts and a deep understanding of the industry.

You know what great looks like, and you bring both structure and creativity to how you lead and deliver.

You'll bring:

• 5+ years' experience in the entertainment, events or music industry
• Minimum 2 years in a people leadership role
• Proven experience managing entertainment bookings, proposals and client accounts
• Excellent relationship management, negotiation and communication skills
• Strong commercial and operational acumen
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach and calm under pressure
• A genuine passion for entertainment and the people who make it happen
