Are you passionate about hospitality and looking to lead a gaming room? The Balaclava Hotel, a historic gem in St Kilda East, is seeking a dedicated Gaming Manager to oversee our gaming area and provide an exceptional experience for our guests.

Situated on vibrant Carlisle Street, the Balaclava Hotel has been a beloved fixture in the St Kilda community for years. Our recent renovations have enhanced our appeal, offering A venue with deep roots in the community, known for exceptional service and hospitality.

This is a brilliant opportunity to become a Gaming Manager at the Balaclava Hotel.

**What you’ll do**:

- Be responsible for the day to day operations of the Gaming room
- Lead and develop a team to ensure an outstanding guest experience every time
- Coordinate training for the team to ensure compliance and operational excellence
- Ensure we maintain exceptional presentation standards of the Venue
- Implement and champion the Venue’s Responsible Gambling Code

**Qualifications**:
**What you’ll need**:

- Gaming experience within a Venue
- Ability to lead effective teams and build a positive culture
- Operational experience to achieve financial and business targets
- Current RSA and RSG are essential
- The desire to be part of a fun, productive and professional team
