**Who are we?**

We are the market leaders in frozen yogurt. Yo-Chi offers an experience like no other; a premium and delicious product in fantastically inviting spaces with a friendly and welcoming team, which puts the customer in control. To be a Chi Leader, we look for people who love their customers, are communicative leaders and contribute to a fun and supportive team environment. You need to be a can-do person, who tackles challenges, shows resilience and is passionate about what they do whilst, being a great communicator (both written and verbal).

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading shifts
- Machine cleans
- Supporting the Venue Leader
- Managing and upkeeping processes and compliance
