About the Role – Accounts Payable

As our Accounts Payable team member, you'll play a vital role in keeping NIXON's financial engine running smoothly. You'll ensure all invoices, bills, and payments are processed accurately and on time, supporting the success of every department and location.

You will:

  • Process and manage all payable accounts with accuracy and speed
  • Reconcile accounts and track expenses across multiple branches
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies quickly and professionally
  • Support the Accounts Department with reporting and administrative tasks
  • Strengthen financial workflows and ensure clarity across the business
