Full Time Accountant

Maintaining internal control procedures to safeguard financial data and ensure accurate financial reporting using MYOB/XERO/ QUICKBOOK/Q6 and other accounting base software.
Preparing taxation returns for the organisation and BAS lodgements.
Assist and contribute to the preparation of budgetary and accounting policies which help in financial forecasting exercises to aid the company in its future planning.
Providing assurance about the accuracy of the information in the financial reports by compliance to accounting principles, company policies, and statutory requirements.
Monitoring the income and expenditure related to the company and examination of operational cost.
Providing financial and tax advice to the company on the suitability of the business structure.
Required Skills and Qualifications A bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting & Finance More than 3 years of experience as an Accountant.
Progress towards CPA qualification is preferred.
Highly developed problem solving and decision-making skills.
Detailed knowledge of the vendors/distributors/manufacturers/subcontractors and the projects.
Experience with Client contracts.
Knowledge of Australian Tax Laws and AASB Accounting Standards.
Excellent Excel skills.
Experience with large ERP systems is highly regarded.
