The Role: Senior Payroll & Accounts Officer

Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Payroll & Accounts Officer to join the business on a fixed term permanent basis for 3 months. The role will be based in Bibra Lake, and will commence immediately.

You'll be responsible for end-to-end payroll across three weekly pay runs (blue-collar and white-collar staff, full-time and casuals), using Definitiv, with posting into JDE. Strong payroll experience is essential, as you'll be expected to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key skills and qualifications required:

  • Current Australian Drivers Licence.
  • 3+ years experience working within a Payroll and Accounts position.
  • Previous experience with Definitiv software.
  • Effectively use MS Suite of programs including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication skills at all levels.
  • Good attention to detail.
