THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Daily Organiser to join our team at the beginning of the 2026 College year, managing the day-to-day operations of our senior school. This pivotal role ensures the smooth running of classes, staff coverage, and school events, minimising disruption to student learning.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Coordinate daily staff coverage, including CRT bookings and internal allocations
- Maintain accurate records of staff absences
- Support with planning of school events, exams and excursions
- Liaise with payroll
- Assist staff with scheduling queries
- Uphold child safety standards and contribute to a positive school culture

WHAT YOU BRING

- Relevant tertiary qualification, administration or equivalent
- Experience in school administration or timetabling
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- A commitment to the Christian Ethos and values of the College
- Current Working with Children Check (Employee)
