About the opportunity:

Reporting to the Finance Business Partner, your focus will be to manage the full financial accounting cycle ensuring accurate reporting, compliance and strong financial governance. More specifically, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the month end process from reconciliations and accruals to preparing insightful financial and KPI reports
  • Playing an active role in preparing accurate budgeting, forecasting, and supporting medium term financial planning
  • Ensuring compliance with statutory obligations including, BAS, IAS, FBT, payroll tax, Workcover and superannuation submissions
  • Partnering with key stakeholders across the business to strengthen financial controls and decision making
  • Assisting with payroll processing, audits and the maintenance of asset and capital investment projects
  • Contributing to ongoing cash flow management and process improvements to enhance efficiency

About you:

You will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values; better together, be accountable, people matter and think bigger. In addition, you are:

  • Qualified Accountant with proven experience in Accounting (CA/CPA qualifications) or professional services experience.
  • Advance Excell skills, experience in ERP systems, ideally in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and process compliance
  • Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate with others and build relationships with stakeholders
  • Positive attitude with a continuous improvement mindset
