Hey guys,

We have just opened a brand new premium nightclub in conjunction with our sister venue The Metropolitan Hotel and are looking for a marketing coordinator to head our marketing efforts for both venues.

This role is responsible for driving the venue's brand presence and engagement across all marketing channels. The successful candidate will create eye-catching visual content, manage promotional campaigns, and maintain the venue's website to ensure it reflects current offerings and events. They'll play a key role in shaping how the venue is seen, from crafting digital campaigns and social media content. Key Roles include:

  • Develop and implement promotional campaigns for in house events, seasonal offers, and new venue initiatives.
  • Coordinate with venue management to plan marketing calendars and promotional timelines.
  • Design visual assets for digital use
  • Maintain a consistent visual identity across all brand touchpoints.
  • Oversee and update website content regularly (menus, events, promotions, blog/news items).
  • Create and schedule engaging content across social media platforms.
  • Respond to customer messages and comments to maintain brand engagement.
  • Run paid social and digital ad campaigns, monitoring budget and performance.
  • Capture and share live content during key events to increase visibility and engagement.
  • Lead and coordinate club promotions, including themed nights, special events, and partnerships to boost attendance and brand reach.

Our hospitality group is large, spanning over 7 restaurants and venues-- so the successful candidate will have ample opportunity to grow beyond their original scopes and move towards a larger role.
