**Description**:
**About the Role**:
MPC Kinetic is seeking an Administration Assistant to join our Chemical Services team in our Narangba office, in a part time, permanent capacity. Reporting to the Office Manager, this role is required to ensure appropriate coordination and process of purchase orders, sales orders and dispatch of stock from pronto.

**Key responsibilities include**:
Process purchase orders & sales orders within Pronto
Ensure orders are receipted in and are processed and dispatched in a timely manner
Answer phone calls and relay any messages to the relevant staff
Ensure inventory is maintained and stock levels are kept to a suitable level
Process completed batch sheets in Kinetic Chemicals Inventory System
Process finance transactions, including but not limited to remittance advise, credit card payments & bank transactions
Administration, maintenance of files and QHSE documents

**Skills and Experiences**:
**About You**:
Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Programs
Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
