Helem Yumba's Cultural Healing Men's Program seeks a Healing and Wellbeing Facilitator to support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander men to engage in cultural healing programs that help them to change behaviours that control, intimidate or harm their intimate partners or family members by supporting them to recover from the impacts of intergenerational violence and trauma, reinstate their roles as providers and protectors and to support them to reconnect to their spirituality and importantly to their families and communities. As such this role is grounded in culture, connection, and community, supporting men on their journeys of healing, self-awareness, and positive transformation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $88,090.00 – $94,789.00 per year
