We are seeking a Lifestyle Facilitator to bring joy, connection, and creativity to our residents' daily lives. In this rewarding role, you'll design and deliver meaningful activities and diversional therapy programs that support wellbeing, build friendships, and enhance quality of life.

What you'll be doing:
  • Getting to know each resident and tailoring activities to their unique skills, interests, and goals
  • Facilitating engaging group programs as well as personalised one-on-one activities
  • Contributing to the design of monthly lifestyle calendars in partnership with the Facility Manager
  • Recording and reviewing outcomes to continually improve the program's impact
What you'll bring:
  • Certificate III in Aged Care (with Lifestyle Program experience) OR Certificate IV in Leisure & Lifestyle
  • A current First Aid certificate
  • Experience in a similar role – aged care experience highly regarded
  • A Queensland Provisional Green or higher Driver Licence
  • Most importantly – a passion for making every day meaningful for others
