Centre Administrator Job Overview

Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for families, children, and staff as a Centre Administrator.

  • Welcoming families, children and team members.
  • Introducing new families and team members to the service, conducting centre tours, assisting with enrolments and orientations.
  • Manage enrolments and family accounts across multiple systems.
  • Prioritise tasks to complete administrative work while managing phone, email and walk-in queries.
  • Support the centre as a key member of the Leadership team.
  • Liaise with maintenance teams and external suppliers to maintain the centre's appearance.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in administrative tasks.
  • Display excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • High level of organisational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
