Are you a driven sales professional with a solid understanding of logistics? Do you have an established network and a passion for delivering outstanding service? We're looking for a proactive Business Development Representative to expand our network across Queensland in a hybrid role that blends field work, account management, office time, and remote flexibility.

About the Role

Reporting to the GM of Operations and as a key member of our close-knit team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships across the QLD region.
  • Managing existing accounts while identifying and converting new business opportunities.
  • Responding promptly and professionally to inbound enquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
  • Drawing on your logistics knowledge and operational insight to offer tailored solutions.
  • Working closely with operations to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

This is a Brisbane-based role with regular travel across Queensland.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Proven experience in sales and account management in the logistics or transport industry.
  • A strong network across Queensland, with the ability to leverage relationships and open doors.
  • Excellent communication skills – confident handling inbound enquiries and client meetings.
  • A solid understanding of logistics operations – you know how things move behind the scenes.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
