National Leak Detection specialises in non-invasive, water leak detection assessments for the insurance sector. We are seeking a skilled and intuitive Bookings & Admin Coordinator to join our expanding team.

The opportunity
Reporting to the Head of Client Services (and 2IC), you will play a key role in maintaining excellent client relations by assisting in:
- Planning and coordinating the calendars for leak detection appointments
- Communicating job updates via phone and email (such as confirmations and rescheduling bookings)
- Editing, compliance and invoicing of reports completed by technicians
- Other general administration tasks as required
