Position Available

We're seeking a passionate and experienced Customer Service Officer to join our Mt Annan team full-time. With a diverse customer base, we value someone who can provide inclusive, welcoming service to all.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Positive and friendly team player with outstanding customer service skills

  • Some experience within a Swim School and/or Leisure Centre

  • Experience using Links, Freshdesk or similar booking systems

Qualifications (or willingness to obtain):

  • Working with Children Check

  • First Aid & CPR certification
