Experienced ServiceNow Developer needed to join a large enterprise organization, responsible for supporting and executing planned project work.

  • 6 months contract + possible extensions
  • Brisbane CBD
  • WFH 2 days per week

Full Job Description

The ServiceNow role also involves supporting and carrying out planned project tasks, as well as responding to unexpected issues on the ServiceNow platform. It may also require effective time and resource management to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and issues are resolved promptly.

Qualifications


•
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator


• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer


• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist: ITSM (essential) and ITOM, SM, Disco, SAM, HAM, SIR, VRM


• Tertiary qualification in information technology and/or a related field, ITIL (v4 minimum)

Experience and knowledge


• Minimum of 4 years of experience in ServiceNow development role


• Successful track record of developing, implementing, and managing ServiceNow environments in a corporate environment


• Well versed experience working with and enhancing IT Service Management processes


• Hands-on experience with integrations using Service Graph Connectors, REST, SOAP, and

Integration Hub, optimizing workflows and processes


• Proven Experience with the following technologies: o JavaScript o HTML o CSS

o Apache Jelly

o AJAX

o Angular JS

o Glide

o XHTML

o Microsoft Active Directory and Azure technology and systems

Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities for identifying, defining, and solving technical and operational problems


• Proven ability developing, maintaining, and enhancing ServiceNow Applications and

capabilities (CMDB, CSDM, Virtual Agent, Portals, Flow, Service Graph Connectors, Integration Hub, API development and custom systems integrations, Workspaces, Performance Analytics)


• Technical understanding and demonstrable practice of the design, development, deployment of ServiceNow applications


• Experience in application development, Software development life cycle (SDLC)/SCRUM, Agile and an in depth understanding of ServiceNow
