Duties and Responsibilities

The purpose of this role would be to support the Venue Leadership Team & the collective venue team to successfully operate the hotel's operations (whether it be Beverage, Food, Gaming or Wagering) in a hands-on, front of house capacity. The key responsibilities for this role will include:

• Join a motivated team of Beverage / Gaming staff, as we strive to offer outstanding customer experiences.
• Ensuring we maintain exceptional venue standards in relation to cleanliness and presentation.
• Creating and nurturing a positive work environment so that all team members can thrive.
• Fulfil a variety of rotating rostered shifts including opens, mids, closes, weekends and public holidays in conjunction with our Hotel's operating hours.

• Possess a current/valid RSA, RCG & ARCG is essential (or a willingness to obtain).
• Previous experience in the same or similar role is preferrable, but may not be a mandatory requirement for the right candidate(s).
