Redcape Hospitality is seeking a passionate, committed hospitality professional to join our Leadership Team at Prospect Hotel Motel as one of our Assistant Managers. Working as part of the Venue Leadership Team to successfully run the Hotel's operations in a hands-on role that includes FOH and BOH duties.

Prospect Hotel Motel Has now completed a major renovation, and we're continuing to build our team to match. We're creating something truly exciting for the local community: a refreshed venue with a whole new atmosphere, complete with a kids' playground, outdoor big screens, and a line-up of activities designed to bring people together.

Duties, Responsibilities & Expectations

The purpose of this role is to work cohesively as a member of the Venue Leadership Team, who take carriage of general hotel operations, driving performance, executing strategic initiatives and improving/sustaining both Customer & Staff Experience.  The key responsibilities for this role will include:

  • Join a motivated team of Leaders, as we strive to offer outstanding customer experiences.
  • Ensuring we maintain exceptional venue standards in relation to cleanliness and presentation.
  • Creating and nurturing a positive work environment so that all team members can thrive.
  • Fulfil a variety of rotating rostered shifts including opens, mids, closes, weekends and public holidays in conjunction with the Hotels' operating hours.
  • RSA, RCG & ARCG qualifications are essential (or willingness to obtain)
