Signage Graphic Designer

Botany Bay Design Solutions is an art, framing and signage manufacturer located in Blacktown NSW. Our core business is designing, manufacturing and printing high quality artworks and signage for the commercial, hospitality, hotel and aged care industry nationally.

BBDS is a family business and remains wholly Australian owned, for over 58 years. We have a great opportunity for an enthusiastic Production / Graphic Designer / All Rounder. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong skills and a background in signage and graphic design.

Key Responsibilities:

Interpret design briefs and develop concepts that align with client branding.

Produce high resolution art files (Illustrator, Photoshop).

Manage file versioning, colour calibration, and proof approvals.

Coordinate with sales, managers, and installers to maintain quality and deadlines.

Troubleshoot production issues and propose efficient solutions.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in signage production and graphic design. Installation experience is a bonus - but not essential.

A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in signage production and graphic design.

Skills:

Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

Keen eye for typography, colour, and layout.

Excellent file-preparation and pre-press knowledge.

Good knowledge of signage materials (SAVs and panels)
